STOUT COCKTAIL

Benchmarked from the Irish Coffee. Modeled after Stout Beer. Lindt Intense Orange Dark Chocolate Bar is a must for the cocktail and food pairing. Coating the mouth with zesty orange flavored dark chocolate with bits of almond creates a whole new dimension and experience.

The froth mimicking the head of stout beer comes from egg white. Glenfiddich Single Malt 12 year was chosen based on flavor profiles that compliments Columbian coffee and vanilla almond syrup. The orange bitter aromatics come from orange peels with the white pith shaven off. The orange peels were placed inside the shaker and shaken. This allows the orange peels to release its oils as the ice bangs against the peels.
