BLACK TEA INFUSED LONDON DRY GIN

Initially I used two tea bags. Two tea bags didn’t seem sufficient to infuse the gin. I ended up having to use 4 tea bags. Next time, I’ll watch the clock to see how long I infused the gin. I was just tasting along the way as time passed by to make sure the gin did not get to bitter.
