ANOTHER CHOCOLATE COCKTAIL EXPERIMENT
I tried marrying blended scotch with chocolate bitters, lime juice, Cointreau, and absinthe. Didn’t work out the way I wanted it to. Second and third photos was an experimentation of using simple syrup instead of Cointreau and adding cherry puree. Still not to my liking. Think i’ll experiment with a different spirit. Maybe Cognac…
